First Month
I wrote this on your 1st month birthday...
You flew home in style- 1st class on AA
You sleep most of the day and you like to be swaddled
You get up once maybe twice a night, you've slept through the night a few times
You love your Nuc pacifier and will only drink from the little 3 oz glass bottles w/ the nuc orthodontic nipple
You only cry when your are wet
When you poop you turn pink and do crunches
You have been to five states and on 5 plane rides! Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, New York and Massachusetts
Yayo came to Oklahoma and Miami to meet you
You rolled over at week four, but we think it was a reflex :)
Your Pug siblings aren't sure what to think, Declan is apprehensive and Lulu wants to jump in your bassinet
You want to Nantucket and meet your Aunt Katie and cousin Charlie, you also attended our friends 40th Birthday lobster bake on Nobadeer Beach where you got a bit sandy
We take a drive thru run some mornings to Starbucks or McD's
You have meet most of your immediate family members and your Daddy's friends
You've had your first photo shoot- so cute!!! And you are very well dressed
You have been given so many gifts, balloons, flowers- you are one lucky boy and we love you!!!!!!!!

July 26th
Baby J was born at 2:09 am on 7/26. He was 2 weeks early and could not have arrived more perfectly. The 26th was a Monday and we were on our way home by Tuesday afternoon. It was my first overnight in a hospital (as an adult). We had a private room and the staff was amazing but couldn't get out of there fast enough!
You slept 99% of the stay and just chilled in your little bassinet, sucking on your fingers. I was in total shock and in awe that you were our little boy!

Hello World, we're a bit late...
I wanted to start a blog to chronicle the daily goings on of my baby boy, J. Well, times sure flies because he will be six months next week! Better late then never I guess :)
